Reflexology
Reflexology deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all organs, systems and glands of the body making the feet a "mirror image" of the body.
How Reflexology is Applied
Reflexology is a methodical application of gentle pressure by the therapist using fingers and thumbs over all areas of the client's feet and ankles (or hands if appropriate). It is suitable for health problems of all age groups and is compatible with all other forms of medicine.
