The Lotus Beauty Room has one senior therapist and one part time therapist.

MICHT - Member International council of holistic therapists.

ITEC - formerly known as the International Therapy Examination Council, provides 25 QCA accredited examinations, in the areas of beauty therapy and complementary therapy. This website provides details of the individual qualifications, including downloadable guidance notes and a database of colleges offering the qualifications, searchable by course and location. A student guide also provides recommended book lists and the opportunity to purchase sample examination papers. Students can also register to receive a newsletter. Schemes of work for individual courses are also available on the site as Word documents.

The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) - is the largest association in the UK, representing over 20,000 professional therapists. The FHT website states the aims and objectives of the FHT and contains information about membership. There is a searchable register of therapists and a list of treatments. There are also details of FHT courses. There is a news section and an article section which includes access to full-text articles from the FHT membership magazine 'International Therapist'.
